O.K. So the Magic weight loss formula is calories in and calories out. You can use the calorie calculators at the side to find out how many calories you need to lose weight and how long it will take. You can also find out how many calories are in your favorite foods. It couldn't be easier. Just write your calories down in a journal and add them up. Keep track in a diet journal it helps to know what your are eating and how many calories you are consuming. Make sure you do not go below your minimum allowed calories.

You also need to add in good old exercise. But don't think of it as exercise think of it as adding in more movement to your day!! Park at the back of the parking lot, walk the kids to school, take a walk with the kids, or take the stairs. Just plain and simple move more!
